The Cove was the first courtyard wrap apartment complex within the Odessa market. The project provides all residents with direct conditioned access to the community center and fitness amenities. The thirty thousand square foot courtyard was designed with a resort-style pool, walking track, bocci courts, putting lawn, bicycle storage, and outdoor fitness areas.
