Within the interior design department Sabrina has been involved in the preparation of space plans, construction documents, marketing materials and preparation of area calculations and lease exhibits. Her attention to detail and familiarity of construction codes and accessibility requirements provides a level of quality control that promotes client satisfaction and project success.

Because of today’s market sensitivity to energy consumption, indoor and outdoor air quality and general waste reduction, more clients are choosing to pursue LEED Certification for their projects. As one of Drewry Martin’s LEED Accredited Professionals, Sabrina will guide and manage the project team throughout the entire certification process, identify necessary prerequisities and advise and assist in determining which credits a project will pursue to achieve LEED Certification. As the designated Accredited Professional she is responsible for overseeing and managing the LEED online registration process. She will also provide support and assistance in the preparation of letter templates, document submittals, and assist the team in responding to any review process comments from the Green Building Certification Institute.

On the administrative side of the firm, Sabrina is involved in the day to day operation of the company and manages a three person team who provide IT support, administrative/personnel support, and financial operations in addition to overseeing the interior design department. As one of the founding partners of Drewry Martin, Sabrina promotes client relations and directs the marketing and teaming efforts of the firm both in the private and public sectors.
